1. Discussion and listening: understanding expectations, the constraints of the site and the intended uses.

2. 3D modelling: our design office recreated the real environment of the garage, incorporating the proposed changes (choice of materials, finishes, levels, service areas, and so on).

3. Presentation and adjustments: thanks to the 3D model, the client was able to visualise the final result, ask questions and fine-tune details with us.

4. Approval and start of works: once the project was approved, our site team took over to carry out the work.
